What is your return policy on refurbished electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition. Additionally, most of our refurbished cameras come with a 90-day limited warranty against mechanical defects.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days, and tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.
